Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3280 for a Global UAT Lead (f/m)

Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a UAT Lead for the new HRi project team. The team is responsible for the implementation of the new release of the HR management tool.

In collaboration with the new HRi project leads and with the support of the Regional UAT Leads, the suitable candidate is responsible for the organization and coordination of the UAT to ensure a smooth transition into the new release.

Tasks
• Lead a team of 4 Regional UAT leads in different locations.
• Define a UAT approach including resources calculations and timelines.
• Ensures testing is executed against the plan and support testers in the respective location(s).
• Establish an effective reporting around all UAT activities.
• Lead several UAT calls prior and during the testing phase.
• Support the run the bank teams during the stabilization phase.

Requirements
• At least 7 years of experience in the financial service industry.
• The person ideally would have had experience in various functions inside as well as outside of Human Resources.
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing global virtual teams.
• Strong networking skills to pull resources / information.
• Demonstrated strength to deliver results and implement change against challenging timelines.
• Skilled communicator to manage stakeholders, project owners and employees.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) are a must.
