for a Business Analyst IT (f/m)

Project environment
A Business Analyst should analyse any business related processes that include banking, organizational, application- related and other operational processes and procedures and develops proposals for change or enhancement. This role would typically be found in a project environment. Focus is on the real estate market in Switzerland and the Swiss portfolio.

Tasks
- Client advisor tool analysis to cover the tool chain.
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data.
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations.
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents.
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management.
- Coordinating the work of more junior analysts.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within risk management in the Banking sector.

Requirements
- Write process documentation.
- Technical background and understanding of mathematical formulas.
- Business requirements documentation.
- Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans.
- Fluent German and English is a must.
- Strong communication skills.
- Lead conversations and deal with different stakeholders.
- Moderation of different opinion leaders including strong expectation management.
