Our client is a global organisation in the finance industry. We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) on freelance basis.Project Scope:
Integration of a Talent Management solution. The customer is leveraging his employee development strategy and plans to integrate a talent management solution, preferably a cloud-based SaaS product. For this project, a project manager is required who covers project management skills as well as expertise in the HR / talent development / talent management area.
Skills:
Project Management:
- Budget and time planning and controlling
- Risk management
- Ensure documentation standards and requirements are followed
- Report and communicate to stakeholders
- Plan, lead and document meetings
- Ensure that the project members can carry out their tasks in optimal manner
- People management:
o Actively support organizations strategy for high performance
o Coach team members to achieve optimal performance
- Very good knowledge of PM models and tools
- Experience in role with P&L accountability
- Very good communication skills, especially with project stakeholders
Domain Expertise:
- Expertise in applications and processes in HR domain, e.g.
o Recruitment management
o Onboarding
o Performance management
o Learning and development
o Compensation management
Technical Expertise:
- SaaS solutions
- System integration
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of Cornerstone products
Certificates:
- Prince2 and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
Languages: Excellent English language skills
Location: Frankfurt am Main
Start: Mid-January 2016
Duration: until June 2016 (option of prolongation)
