Project Purchasing Team (m/f)

Duration: 6-9 MM++
Location: D9
Description:
Support the new clients project development team structure
- Project Pruchasing is part of the Core Team
- GP international and external communicator
- Single point of contact for suppliers related topics in the project
- Provide connection between Project and GCM/SQM
Ensure project timeline/ timely completion
- Early supplier involvement
- Ensure timely deliverables (prototipes, pre-series,..)
- Fullfill milestone processes requirements for GP
- Project planning and coordination
Project management/ data management
- Material cost controlling
- New supplier reales management according to the project timeline and SQM process
- New componeents release management according to the project timeline and SQM process
- Responsible for all commercial aspects of purchased products in a project
- Provide cross functional support to otimize interaction with GP and suppliers
- When requested, complete sourcing process with negotiation and business awarding
Ensrure Projct Hand over after Start of mass production
Support local purchasing activities for clients plant
- assure local purchasing activities workflow
- liaise between local procurement team and central purchasing team
Capabilities
- Problem solving attitude
- Degree in an Engineering Discipline (B.S.)
- 3 years+ of experience within procurement involving 3rd party hardware suppliers
- Excellent time management, resource management and planning skills
- Excellent comprehension of quality assurance and risk management
- German and English, both spoken and written
- Strong group faciliation and conflict management
- Demonstrated experience in managing successfully cross-functional projectteams is essential
- Managing multi projects with varying durations and complexity
- Strong SAP knowledge (SAP MM)
- Availabilty to spent time off site (70%)
- Proven forecasting and planning skills
- MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word knowledge
