Project environment
Business analysis and processes in the area of Document Management (Full Lifecycle) within
a Swiss Private Bank.
Tasks
60% Document Management Analysis:
Creating inventories of existing documents (legally binding), therefore the person should:
-Know anything about master data of a Bank
-Between 6 and 9 years of banking experience
-Should be familiar with "waiver" and client documentation
-Very good experience with Excel and Visio
-Has the ability to recognize patterns
40% Process Management Analysis
-Analyse existing processes
-Identify failing processes
-Document and draw or propose new or optimized processes
Soft skills
-Analytical skills in combination with high detail orientation.
-Proactive working style, highly reliable, not hesitating to take ownership.
-Client and quality oriented with structured thinking.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
Workload: 60-100%
