Project Description:?The client's legal entity structure is evolved to meet developing and future regulatory requirements. The program has been prepared in discussion with the primary regulator and will address regulations in Switzerland, the US and the UK with respect to future requirements for global recovery and resolution planning by systemically important banks that will facilitate resolution of an institution in the event of a failure. You will work within a sub-project of the program, creating a separately capitalized infrastructure legal entity in Switzerland, with branches and subsidiaries globally.
?Perform project financial controlling / overseeing the project budget
?Supporting the project manager in steering and controlling the project
?Monitoring progress, risks and issues, actions, dependencies
?Managing the project roadmap / planning
?Preparing and maintaining program documentation (internal and external communication materials)
?Acting as key contact for the central / global program management
?Organizing meetings, workshops, town halls etc.
?Taking minutes of meeting and workshops
Qualifications:
?Business fluent in written and spoken English
?Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Project
?Experience in project financial controlling
?Experience of working on program and project level
?Robust Project / PMO experience
?Excellent communication skills
?Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients are desired
?Optional conversational German skills
