Program / Project Manager & PMO (w/m)
Tasks:
• Combining PMO and program/project management expertise to deliver more than just numbers and status
• Coaching/supporting client project leads in project management tasks
• Bring new ideas, help install a continuous improvement mindset
• Ensure the PMO is analytical to be able to shift from “reporting the past” to “forecasting the future”
• A robust project data warehouse as the basis
• Flexible and end-user ready analytical tooling
• Build and maintain a specific, but standardized service catalog that allows for easy service transition (e.g. from onshore to near- or offshore, external to internal)
• Adapting to customer and stakeholder requirements and methodologies without losing the discipline and robustness of the services.
Skills required:
• University degree in information technology, software development, engineering or long term experience in the requested fields
• Strong IT background including experience in IT-architecture
• Program and project management, and administration
• Work plan management, metrics, and reporting
• Management of material resources, financial resources, and personnel resources
• Broad expertise in processes and structures
• Wide experience in setting up internal cutomer processes
• Experience with energy efficiency measures and energy efficiency platforms
• Know how of customer sales structure and Regional Units
• Ability to solve systems and process issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Problem solving
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
• Business Fluent in English
• Familiarity with configuration management and software release procedures
• Appreciation of general technical concepts (e.g. Networking protocols, Windows and Linux server products, Back-up and recovery, Storage, IT Security)
