Interim: Category Manager Semi Bavaria 3 Months +/Start asap 2015Aufgaben:
• Support in planning of global category specific objectives and their fulfillment to increase the EBIT
• Represents Global Category’s activities and results to Global Category Director as well as central/regional interfaces.
• Supports in co-operation with Global Category Director the definition of new fields of activities
• Supports Global Category Director in selection, management, assessment of Global Category teams to ensure long-term corporate success with international competent and motivated staff
• Analysis of demand from various sites to increase purchasing power for the best possible effect
• Supplier management: Communication provider to the suppliers in category and specifically focus on global sourcing, selection, evaluation and the development to acquire the most promising and best suppliers and to guarantee an optimum on purchased quality and supply chain
• Monitors the progress and reviews the milestones for accounted categories.
• Support in contract negotiations
• Reporting of results
Skill:
• Experienced in global purchasing environment
• Experienced in Semi Conductor Industry
• Experienced in identifying purchasing value contribution that originates from the relevant category
• English fluent and German (nice to have)
• Teamplayer
