We are currently looking for an employee for permanent placement for one of our major clients who meets the following requirements:
Your tasks:

Self-sufficient management of complex travel itineraries (organization, reimbursement, travel budget tracking/reporting)

Event and Meeting management (planning, organizing and coordinating of national and international as well as virtual meetings and Advisory boards/negotiation training)
-
Internal and external correspondence including daily coordination with BI OPUs worldwide and external agencies as well as HCPs/EEs
-
General administration and secretarial duties incl. but not limited to efficient diary management of assigned teamleader/managers, guest registration, meeting support etc.

Contracting consultancy of international Experts (HCPs/EEs), Patient Organizations and other EEs
Your profile:

Intercultural competences, strong interpersonal and communicating skills

Ability to work autonomously (planning, organization, prioritization)

Determined to own priorities/responsibilities

Self-sufficient and confident in abilities
-
English (C1 Level)
