Beschreibung

We are currently looking for an employee for permanent placement for one of our major clients who meets the following requirements:


Your tasks:


  • Self-sufficient management of complex travel itineraries (organization, reimbursement, travel budget tracking/reporting)

  • Event and Meeting management (planning, organizing and coordinating of national and international as well as virtual meetings and Advisory boards/negotiation training)

  • Internal and external correspondence including daily coordination with BI OPUs worldwide and external agencies as well as HCPs/EEs

  • General administration and secretarial duties incl. but not limited to efficient diary management of assigned teamleader/managers, guest registration, meeting support etc.

  • Contracting consultancy of international Experts (HCPs/EEs), Patient Organizations and other EEs



Your profile:


  • Intercultural competences, strong interpersonal and communicating skills

  • Ability to work autonomously (planning, organization, prioritization)

  • Determined to own priorities/responsibilities

  • Self-sufficient and confident in abilities

  • English (C1 Level)

  • Duration: 8 months


Workload: Parttime (80%)
