Our company is a strategic consulting company with a focus on the energy and utilities sector, whose services focus on the areas of business intelligence solutions as well as process and project management. For a project in Würzburg and remote we are looking for a:PMO Advice (m/f/d) with IT experience, ideally Data Center Exit experience ID
Project duration: 16.04.23 – 30.09.23 (Extension till midst of 2024 possible)
Project volume: 900 h remote
Project location: remote/Würzburg
Projectgoal is to shut down the Data Centers in Hanover and Nottingham
Task:
PMO Advice for cluster (in collaboration with external supplier and Programme PMO Team)
- Advice to cluster lead - PM
- Advice cluster in requirementsmgmt and capacity planning
- Advice and drive provider in asset data management (data analysis; data mapping and quality assurance; reporting)
- Advice stakeholder management in preparing communications (decision papers; Business communications)
- Setup and maintain communication tracker
- Advice Workstream leads in reporting, RAID management and planning
- Advice in continuous improvements
- Ensure audit compliance with workstream leads
Skills (expertise):
- IT experience, ideally Data Center Exit experience
- Asset management
- PM (commercial skills not required)
- PMO; data analysis and maintenance (Tool: Excel)
- Requirementsmanagement (Tool: JIRA)
- Stakeholder management
- Supplier steering experience
- Language Skill: English MUST, German NICE TO HAVE
