* Optimize the flow of value within the ART and foster a lean agile mindset* Coach and train leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices
* Prepare and facilitate Agile Release Train level ceremonies like PI Plannings, ART Syncs, Inspect and Adapt Workshops, System Demos
* Drive relentless improvement from a way of working perspective
* Track / Eliminate / escalate impediments and drive continuous improvement in a sustainable way
* Standardize and document agile best practices
* Hands on experience in driving agile adoption for big initiatives, ideally for largescale programs of approximately 200 people
* 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach
* 2+ years of hands-on experience as Release Train Engineer
* Strong hands-on experience in using agile methods / frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and SAFe at scale
* Advanced skills in Azure DevOps / Jira
* Demonstrated deep understanding of Lean-Agile methods and practices and skill applying them at scale
* Ability to explain and drive adoption of Lean and Agile Principles across varied stakeholders
* Ability to form productive relationships quickly at all organizational levels
* Self-confident and comfortable interacting with Executive Level Leaders
* Analytical mindset with a highly structured way of working
* Excellent communicational skills verbally and in writing
* Strong moderation, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Reliable and motivated team
* Fluent in English and German
* Certified SAFe SPC and / or RTE or similar is an advantage
* Understanding of the Data & Analytics space is an advantage
