For our client we are looking for a hands on PMO (m/w/d).Data:
Start: asap
Duration: 6 Month (option of extension)
Capacity: 100%
Remote: ca. 20%, mostly onsite at Munich Werksviertel
Project language: English must, German nice to have
Tasks:
• Your primary focus will be on supporting and executing projects and leading workstreams or
project teams composed of members with different backgrounds.
• You’ll be instrumental in translating strategy into effective and efficient structures&processes.
• You’ll ensure to align business/operating models with strategic priorities.
• You'll play a vital role in the growth of our PMO office by building expertise within our client and
serving as a hub to develop new techniques and gather new ideas, as well as casework
experience.
• You'll work jointly with our client and client project teams, bringing expertise to develop clients
and growing colleagues and teams.
• You'll actively support our leadership, such as in client meetings or industry conferences.
• You'll provide mentorship and support colleagues, ensuring continuous individual
development.
Must have:
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external
stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
• 4+ years of consulting experience in industry or Consulting firms focusing on transformation,
operation model design, operational excellence and cost reduction topics.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German would be a plus, in
addition to a strong presence, team spirit, and leadership skills.
• Prior topic-related experience, for example, in PMO, Operating Model Design, Shared
Services, Process Optimization, End-to-end Transformations, or Operational Excellence
