Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir derzeit einen Global Category Buyer - Well Construction (m/w/d).
Gerne stelle ich Ihnen das Projekt kurz vor:
Projektstart: ab sofort
Projektdauer: 6 Monat + Option auf Verlängerung
Projektort: Remote/GR Hamburg
Projektauslastung: Vollzeit
Aufgaben:
• Focal point for Business Unit Germany Well Construction service contracts
• Doing sourcing, extensions, commercial contract management
• Day to day handling of requirements and coordination with the other Subsurface category teams
• Support the Category team in preparation, implementation and follow-up of strategic and operational negotiations
• Carrying out the order processing
• Monitoring of price, quantity, delivery date and quality deviations and, if necessary, clarification with suppliers; handle disputes and claims
• Ensuring security of supply, savings and securing quality and cost targets
• Efficient handling and problem solving along the P2P process
• Close cooperation with internal business partners
Kenntnisse:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in strategic procurement in the E&P industry
• Technical knowledge and understanding of the Well Construction category
• Knowledge of global markets within the Well Construction category; extensive knowledge of the NCS market in particular
• Knowledge of contract management(contracting skills, applicable law, Incoterms)
• Experience from or knowledge of methods for development of procurement strategies, specification assessments, tender management,tender evaluation, risk management, supplier management, internal business partner management, logistics / supply chain management, operational procurement
• German and English fluently
• Preferably experience with Coupa (or other ERP systems)
• Willingness to travel to locations (within Germany)
