Your Skills
- Good understanding of Requirements Management/Business Analysis
- Expertise in Geographical Fields of Study in order to be able to understand the business demands regarding spatial and geographical context
- Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
- Designing Scenarios with Gherkin
- Agile Project Mangement and Scrum
- Nice to have: Azure DevOps including .NET Core technology, Azure Cloud Services and SQL database
- Nice to have: Experience with SpecFlow test framework, Selenium test framework and Azure test suites
- Nice to have: Certified for Requirements Engineering: IREB CPRE Fnd
Your Tasks
- Role allocation: 60% business analysis/requirements engineering; 25-30% project management; 10-15%: testing and testautomation
- Business analysis and requirement management: pick up the specifications from business, transform and verify those into prepared features and PBIs as basis for the developers implementation
- Organize requirements workshops and transform business requirements into executable specifications using example mapping
- Design and specification of automated test cases (integration tests)
- Organize and lead the team (2-3 people) as a project manager in the software development process
- Report progress and numbers to the management
- Communicate among IT and business representatives
- Function as Scrum Master, fostering and ensuring the Scrum principles and techniques with Retros in order to constantly improve the collaborative work
