Location: Grasbrunn, Bavaria, Germany - 3 days in office 2 WFHType: 6 Months (extension or Perm conversion possible)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support with HR Administration (contract document management, reference letters, etc.) tasks for the supported EMEA countries, with focus on Germany
· Manage HR post in Germany
· Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes, HR policies, and document progress in the ticket system
· Deliver a high-quality employee experience
· Collaborate with other HRSS team members and other HR contacts (HRBP, CoE´s, Talent Acquisition, etc.) depending on the topic
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
First experience in HR operations or shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organizations or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage
HR or Commercial vocational training required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field would be an advantage
SKILLS
Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
MS Word knowledge/experience preferred
Organized and detailed orientated
Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
Ability to follow processes / with a lens on optimization for continuous improvement
Exceptional customer service skill
Ability to work in high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
