Dear Sir or Madam,

For my client I am looking for a Brand Project Manager (m/f/d) to join their team.
Project start date: ASAP / 01.11.2022
Project end date: appr. 6 - 8 month
Workload: h/month (3 - 4 days a week)
Location: 60% Remote work / 40% on-site at Gütersloh
Brand Book / Chronicle
Deliverable
? Printed coffee table book
? Content of the book: historical review of our highlights and products over and the stories that demonstrate the philosophy behind those products (jointly produced with Corporate Communications department & agency)
? Targeted audience: B2B, Employees (& B2C)
Task
? End-to-end project management
? Leading conception, production, and distribution together with leading brand agency
? Internal coordination and agency stakeholder management
? Monitoring status/task lists, timings and to dos
? Reporting of workflows and project progress
? Provide the basis for regular decision making by global brand leadership or board
Refurbishment Project
During the jubilee, areas of the HQ building will be refurbished. The project will be
implemented and lead by the architecture department-based guidance from brand (strategic and design).
Deliverable:
? Architectural articulation of Brand in collaboration with our central building & architecture
department
? Managed execution of the renovation, reflecting the brand and design principles
Task
? Development and supervision of concept for interior design based on brand design &
strategy
? Follow, manage, and oversee articulation of brand codes in refurbishment project
? Internal coordination and stakeholder management
Professional competencies
? At least five years of experience and profound understanding of central brand management
processes, in premium manufacturing sector.
? Implementation and management of multiple brand activation with creative teams in an
agency environment.
? Experienced with print asset production
? Ideally with a background in interior/architecture and brand design
Methodological competencies
? Independent end to end project management - Driving project timelines with teams from
strategic development, creative development and production to completion.
? Stakeholder Management - linking departments and functions
