Your Skills
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including security architecture, and proven ability to build up and lead a team of technical security experts
- Strong communication skills
- Solid security fundamentals of security concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, risks, defenses, security principles, and security standards
- Strong background experience in cyber security, working within large and complex organisations/projects
- Experience in leading agile teams
Your Tasks
- Temporary technical lead for the whole Cyber Enablement team (vendor agnostic)
- Supporting the internal Cyber Enablement Lead during a transition phase
- Develop the team and assign the right profiles to project streams
- Improve processes and interfaces to the organization to support and verify the secure design and operation by application teams
- Coordination with peer team leads across the Security organization
