Controlling Aktivitäten beim Kunden

Business requirements collection, clarification and demands/change requests preparation for SAP system specific
CO (including Fiori related requests),
technical specifications and implementation coordination,
complete end-to-end processing of demands with all required formal administrative steps,
documentation of new requirements and status updates of CRs,
demands/change request status controlling transparency on a weekly basis through planning and review meetings,
prepared input for management reportings,
documentation in KANBAN tool,
organization of regular Demand Board meetings,
presentation of the status in monthly Demand Board meeting
