Minimum requirements (failure to meet will disqualify the offer):At least three years of experience as a Senior Product Owner in a software company or a company with a software/platform focus,
Project experience in the development of data and analytics applications,
Working with agile methodologies and in cross-functional interdisciplinary teams,
Experience delivering PaaS (cloud) and/or SaaS (self-service optimised) and/or IaaS (e.g. virtual machine),
Responsibility for building a product that has been shaped by at least two of the following technologies:
Kubernetes,
Multi-Cluster Management,
ETL data path,
RStudio Team,
Self-Service BI Tool,
Keycloak,
Airflow,
Airbyte,
VMware,
RedHat or SAP Hana,
Very good knowledge of German (C2 or mother tongue);
Qualification requirements to be assessed (points according to scoring matrix):
Analytics, Machine Learning and AI,
Processes and techniques from the areas of agile software development, databases, interfaces and modelling,
Extensive knowledge of analytics technologies and the interaction of the various modules as well as open source technologies,
Knowledge of classical and agile development methods (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN),
Knowledge, experience and methodological skillset in requirements management and analysis, software engineering, business process analysis,
experience in public administration projects,
Experience in security, VS-IT or similar confidentiality ratings,
Track record of working in a complex IT environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
