Ihre Qualifikationen
- Management of Change
- Project management
- Broad knowledge of IT
- German Security Clearance Ü1 (or willing to renew a previous)
- Proof of a completed bachelor's degree (or higher) in:
- media and/or communication sciences or another field of study (e.g., economics, business informatics) with change management or marketing content, or a comparable degree with project management certification and several years of professional experience in change management or marketing
- Experience in IT consulting
- Broad knowledge of IT and its use in business
- Basic knowledge in project management as well as project practice
Ihre Aufgaben
- The Change Manager:
- Provides consulting, implementation and conceptual services
- Accompanies customers IT projects
- Moderates the projects and conducts conflict management
- Communicates measures for implementing new structures and process flows and associated IT procedures in the organization
- Explains change processes, strategies, goals, processes, new technologies and procedures in the organization to users and develops their acceptance and identification
- Accompanies social aspects (e.g. fears, anxieties or resistance) in change processes
- Assists users with questions regarding the process structure
- Participates in projects
- Reports to the state program management
