Beschreibung
We are looking for an Application Supporter to work on the operation and support of the ServiceNow platform. You will supervise the ServiceNow ITSM processes and take care of the administration. The team needs an adaptive person with good communication and problem-solving skills.Additionally, you should have previous experience in configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting. You will be expected to comply with the IT service management processes (incident, change, problem and release management).
Project details:
• Starting period: Asap
• Ending period: 31.12.2022 (Possible extension)
• Full-time: (5 day/week)
• Location: Remote/ Frankfurt (10%)
• Language: German
Experience:
• Knowledge of ServiceNow / Good ITSM knowledge / Experience in digital workflows
• ITIL
• Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, quick learning
• Support experience
