Your Skills
- PMO experience for high scale projects.
- Background of IT Infrastructure and enterprise datacenter environment.
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- High quality of work focus and result / deliverable oriented thinking
- Ability to work in a globally distributed organization and eagerness to work with people of other cultures
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Fluent Business English
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the decommission of large volume of physical hardware consists of servers, network, storage, back-up and peripheral equipment in the defined Data Center. The position will oversee many decommissioning projects at the same time. The responsibility includes
- Develop and manage a detailed decommission schedule and work plan
- The coordination, the driving and tracking / reporting of the different decom execution steps
- The successful handover to remarketing partner in time, expected costs and in quality.
- The role will work closely together with Infrastructure experts from Data Center, Server, Network, Storage and Back up operations unit who execute the work.
- Additional tasks are:
- PMO Support
- Management reporting
- Close collaboration with the other Infrastructure teams
- Contribute to planning and execution maturity / continuous improvements
