Your Tasks
- The customer plans to implement the ERP time app. The project is in the design phase. The planned go-live date is September 2022.
- If the employee only uses clock-in and clock-out as a booking, the system does not determine these intermediate times as a "break" and therefore cannot perform a break calculation (minimum break of 15 minutes, 30 minute break for more than 6 hours, and so on).
- The ERP system was not able to do this until the standard SAP time events for Break Start and Pause End were used.
- Now we wanted to make sure that this is the SAP standard and therefore only works when using the SAP standard events. After all, the implementation should take place as close to the standard as possible, which means that we need a statement from SAP to substantiate this.
