Liebe Freiberufler und Freiberuflerinnen,für meinen Kunden aus München suche ich gegenwärtig einen Product Owner "Lab-IT" (m/w/d). Im Folgenden finden Sie das englische Anforderungsprofil:
Role & Tasks:
As Product Owner Lab IT, you are a member of our agile Team responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
* You are responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of our SaaS products by collaborating with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
* You define and prioritize features (right now e.g. user roles and authorizations, authorization concepts, definition of roles...) in close cooperation with the product manager
* You develop, own, and execute the product roadmap and you partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
* You turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
* You work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
* You define and execute go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful
* You prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
Profile:
- You have profound working experience as Product Owner or Scaling Manager for digital products as well as experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
- You have a proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
- You bring an established background in launching (SaaS) software in partnership with engineering teams and a high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles
- You are experienced in successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms
- You also bring experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes
- Bonus: Medtech/Healthcare/Lab-Knowhow
