Your Skills
- Good communication skills, good level of English and virtual team management skills.
- Experience on S/4HANA Implementation projects is nice to have.
- We don't need a Program Manager but a hands-on project manager though strong experience in previous projects is required.
- We cannot consider anybody with 1-2 years of PM experience

Your Tasks
- We need an strong Project Manager to join the Program Management Office at this big implementation.
- S/he will be focus on Execution activities, team management and reporting for some streams. There are already functional leads and architects on each stream but some functional knowledge/background is nice to have.
- Background info: S/4HANA greenfield implementation project for a big customer in Spain, leader of the railway industry offering flexible arrays of products in railway related markets, such as rolling stock, components, infrastructure, signalling and services (maintenance, refurbishing and financial services). Discrete Manufacturing industry.
- The implementation will focus on Operations, Logistics, Ariba, Finance and Master Data.
- The Explore phase is about to finish. Go-live is planned for January 2023. Language is English, Spanish language is not mandatory. Required dedication is 4-5 days/week. Remote work by now but onsite will be required from time to time. EU passport holders are preferred due to working regulations in Spain. Up to 3 hours of timezone difference with GMT+1 is allowed.
