We are currently looking for a Data Intelligence Project Manager to work on HR - IT transformation project. The goal is to replace the current PeopleSoft system with the HCM suite.You will support the technical lead(s) in the remuneration process cluster in the following subject areas:
• Plan and control the technical process cluster
• Coordinate different storylines and subject matter experts
• Facilitate requirement workshops
• Documentation, quality assurance of requirements as well as requirements management and scope management
• Business process analysis
Moreover you are expected to perform the analysis of data requirements, prepare a rough IT development planning and come up with interface options, especially in the context of the core systems HCM-Suite, ServiceNow and HR-IP (integration platform)
Project details:
• Starting period: 01.08.2022
• Ending period: 31.12.2022 (possible extension)
• Part-time: (2 days/week)
• Location: Remote/ Frankfurt

Experience:
• IT project management in the context of HR-IT transformations
• Digitization of business processes or digital transformation
• IT development (Enterprise Architecture Management)
• Practical application of agile methods
• > 10 years in classic IT project management methodologies (Waterfall) and agile methods (Scrum)
• Tools and methods of agile software development
• Technical management of virtual teams
• Requirements elicitation and documentation of requirements
• Office programs Excel, Word and Powerpoint
