Main tasks:
- Post-merger integration of License Management departments. Especially process harmonization and development of new VML App. Target of the project is to create a new working environment for a joint License Management department. Transfer of data and business logic from E3 database to Managed Application Database.
Main qualifications
- Organize transfer of workload with Various Vendors towards the nearshore team in Cluj
- Definition of Desktop Procedures to document relevant business processes
- Resolve compliance and measurement problem resolution based on professional expertise
- Commercial management of "mid-size" software license vendors
- Consult in the outsourced Software Asset Management service deliverables in the name of the customer
- Check SAM processes and procedures are followed
- Close Cooperationwith the team of the outsourcing partner in Cluj by consulting them
- Run and manage project meetings with all stake holders
- Update and maintain the Policy and Procedure Manual (PnPm) based on the agreed Changes
- Identify the service issues and ensure the corrective Actions
- Implement the processes and procedures changes based on the client requirements, change requests and agreed improvements
- Improve overall Service quality by reviewing the processes and procedures
- Monitor the service and check if the tasks are performed based on the contr actual obligations and mutual agreements
- Suggest the service improvement possibilities to the Customer by creating documentation and implement per Agreement
- Measure the service deliverables and document any service deviations
