The Digital Solutions team within the Bosch Connectory division is an internal start-up and part of the Bosch Group. The team is creating, developing and marketing digital platforms for software and engineering services that are used within the entire Bosch Group and our customers. Job description
o You will take over the ownership for a portfolio of web services that will be
rolled-out to the entire Bosch Group as well as external customers
o Define vision, direction, business models and overall concept
o Define and prioritize roadmap and identify growth opportunities
o Responsible to create user stories, epics, feature roadmaps and backlog items
o Define requirements
o Ensure an outstanding user experience of our services
o Translate user feedback into features
o Market assessments and competitor benchmarking
o Work together with development colleagues to realize platforms
o Responsible for creating compelling marketing communication activities for “your” platforms
o Roll-out the services to other Bosch Group regions with the following priority: China,Japan, USA, Poland, …
Qualifications
o University degree or equivalent
o Fluent English
o Minimum of 3 years working experience
o Great creative and conceptual skills
o UX and UI design understanding
o Demonstrated experience in backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization
o Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
o Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
o Ideally experience working as a Product Owner in a software company
