For our internationally known client we are looking for a project manager.

Short description of the project:The Membership Optimization team is driving projects that are aiming to improve the members experience to achieve the strategic targets set for Membership as part of the strategic plan.The initial Membership Optimization projects will be focused on cross-borders membership capabilities and user flows creation.In addition, the contractor will consult on the project Redemption - phase 2 (and/or tasks part of project).The projects Membership Optimizations and Redemption - phase 2 assigned to the contractor contain the exact same tasks for the contractor.SERVICE DESCRIPTIONThe client is going to provide all necessary information, access to the systems, contact details, documents, and requirements in advance.The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independentlyperformed by the external:Implement the project through the usage of the internal tools provided upfront (PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint, MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics)Create project plans (one for each of the projects mentioned above) integrating contractor expertise with a combination of the tools mentioned above, chosen by the contractor, no further requirements from the clientAccordingly with the previously shared guidelines, check risks on project plans created and professionally consult the project team if the project objectives/key targets are no longer metBased on the contractor expertise, for the projects assigned the key deliverables are the creation of project documentation, including business cases and project execution. Every documentation, guideline, playbook is subjected for approval by the client.Professionally consult in Loyalty programs (including Digital, Tech integration aspects) for needed meetings taking place with the cross-functional set of internal stakeholders (Markets, Tax/Legal/Finance, Analytics, Members first Office, Digital, Retail, Customer Service) to define the project direction in creating use cases / business cases and for execution of the projects referenced above. Based on the contractor's expertise and own decision, the contractor will either hold the meetings or consult in the meetings and may decide to be present in person to some onsite sessions in the area of the client.Creation of presentation and hold the presentation (remotely via MS Teams) using one of the tools referenced above where the content is based on the expertise of the contractor.Professionally consult the project team on effective communication and upskill them based on the contractor expertise regarding communication and Project management methodologies.The performance of the contractor has the goal:To get outside expertise on Loyalty and cross-functional project management on Loyalty projectsTIMELINESThe following timelines are to be adhered to by the external during the performance of the service:Cross-borders projectProject plan and business cases implemented by Q2Implementation of the project Q3, Q4Go Live on selected markets by the end of Q4, beginning of 2023Project Redemption - phase 2Project plan and business cases implemented by JulyImplementation of the project tasks in Q3, Q4Go live depending on the task in Q3, Q4
