- Preparation of the project brief for Compensation & Variable Pay
- Initial definition of a project plan and support with internal cluster coordination
- Adaptation of the implementation plan
- Drawing up a stakeholder list and preparing the stakeholder analysis
- Key-stakeholders involvement in a complex environment to anticipate dependencies
- Conceptual preparation of the validation with various stakeholders
- Support in the preparation of planning, decision-making or management documents
- Preparation, participation and documentation of coordination meetings with internal stakeholders
- Preparation of coordination results in process or concept presentations
- SF Certification
