Wir suchen einen freiberuflichen HR Digitalisierungsexperten (m/w/d) für ein Technologieunternehmen mit Sitz in Berlin.Start: Juli oder später
Tage/Woche: Vollzeit
Dauer: 6 Monate +
Standort: Berlin
Sprache: Englisch fließend, Deutsch (mind. B1), weitere Sprachen hilfreich
Einsatzort: remote + internationale Geschäftsreisen
Tasks:
• Steer HR digitalization projects to offer digital solutions for users within the entire company
• Prepare and verify project requirements while managing respective stakeholders
• Introduce concepts for HR pilot projects and coordinate area-wide rollouts
• Proactively design and advance our HR systems, our process landscape, and our general digitization strategy
• Coordinate and collaborate with teams across countries and with external service providers
• Present projects and their progress in committees
Qualifications:
• Self-driven individual who thrives in a global, fast-paced work environment coupled with a startup mentality
• Successfully completed studies or a similar qualification with respective work experience
• Experiences in consulting and project management
• Openness to think out of the box to shape our future processes and IT application landscape
• Commitment in taking part in a fast-changing environment where standards are absent and yet must be established
• Certifications in modern methodologies would be beneficial
• Flexibility to travel to multinational locations
