Location: Munich / Ingolstadt (Hybrid)
Rate: €70 euros per hour
About the role!
You will be working with an unique software integration partner, focusing on automotive & mobility industry. You will help catapult towards a clean, smart, and safe future, leaving a positive worldwide footprint! You will provide support for the coordination of errors between E³1.2 test instances, Tier1 and Tier2 responsibilities.
About you!
- You will have hands on experience analysing fault tickets and perform triaging.
- You will have strong knowledge of structure and functionalities (AUTOSAR, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- You would have previous experience reporting on the number of defects that occur each week and also the rate at which defects are resolved.
- You will have organize and mediated debug sessions between T1/T2/OEM.
- You will have previously monitored and increased data consistency between KPM and JIRA.
- You will be be proficient in German language. (C2 Level)
This position is hybrid, and the ideal candidate must be able to work on site.
