- Leads up to 7 LMS experts in huge enterprise localization
- Support the team to pursue career goals and remain satisfied in liaison with project goals
- Project order clarification in adherence to milestones, quality and budget
- Risk Management, project planning, -steering, -controlling, effort calculation, resource planning, tracking.
- Key-stakeholders involvement in a complex environment to anticipate dependencies
- Objective: Ensure Implementation facilitate cause for design sign off by global process owners and brands
- Global rollout management
- Knowledge in Projekt-Management HR – SAP and SuccessFactors: LM
