Tasks (independent delivery):
At Future Lab, the client develops and incubates innovation and intellectual property from emerging digital technologies that enable a sustainable energy future. With a multidisciplinary team consisting of experts in the areas of Energy-, Electronics- and Electrical Engineering, Computer- and Data Science, as well as Digital Innovation Management, they discover radical, technology-oriented innovation opportunities, transform them into viable use cases, test them via prototypes and MVPs (both software and hardware); and eventually reintegrate them into the business or spin them off for external commercialization.
At Future Lab, innovation nowadays happens in an ecosystems. Therefore, we expand past internal but also work with academia, startups and companies across industry, operating in an ecosystem that together. Facilitating the exchange of knowledge and push the development of technology, from which we derive solutions that have a high impact for us, our customers and more importantly, society as a whole.

Service description
- Establishment of an agile, customer-centric innovation mindset, taking into account a pull and
technology-focused development strategy
- Co-design, implement and establish an agile project management framework with the goal of
standardizing and accelerating digital R&D efforts and processes (both hardware and software)
within the energy industry
- Promote modern project management methodologies that meet internal purpose
- Acting in the interest of members and their goals, not in the interest of the methodology itself
- Act as a voice and interface with business stakeholders, service providers and our external
ecosystem.

Skills:
* Significant work experience in the area of agile project management and coaching
* Track record of successfully coaching R&D teams in corporate environments
* Higher university degree in a technical area is a plus
* Professionally certified in typical disciplines like Scrum, NEXUS, LeSS, SAFe, etc.
* Understanding the energy industry and involved technologies is a must; a track record of business
and venture building in the energy industry is a plus
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex
technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience
* Distinct personality that favors collaboration, truthfulness, trust, and courage; always having an
open ear and the necessary empathy to strengthen the team spirit and individual competences
* Fluent in German and English is a must; additional languages are a plus
