Aktuell suchen wir Im Rahmen eines Bestandprojekts für einen Automobilkonzern aus Niedersachsen nach einem Problem and Change Manager. Die Person sollte in der Lage sein, sich sehr schnell in die Prozesse und Technik einzuarbeiten.Könnte das für Sie spannen sein, oder haben Sie Jemanden in Ihrem Netzwerk für den das interessant sein könnte?

General Skills
- Good system- and software knowledge and ability to understand context quickly
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in automotive SW-development
- Ideally experience with bus and network systems such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SomeIP
- Ideally basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics
Tasks
- Analysis of customer tickets around software problems in the entire vehicle network
- Evaluate and classify the source of the error
- Assign your initial assessment together with the customer/internal ticket to the relevant developers for processing
- Interface between our project team and the project management on the customer side
- stay in regular contact with all contact persons
Change Management Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in automotive SW-development
Change Management Tasks
- Evaluate (possible) Change Requests based on customer specification
- Impact analysis of Change Requests
- Ensure estimation of effort and cost
- Create proposal and negotiation strategy for the customer together with sales responsible
- Scheduling of the Change Request Implementation together with project manager
