Job Title: Retail Change manager
Contract - Inside IR35
Rate: PD
Majority of the time will be remote with few travels into office/stores based in Leeds/London
Length: 6 months
The ideal candidate has responsibility for all change management activities of the Back of House Device replacement project. This will also include hardware and software changes within the stores around UK. You will ensure that the business/employers are prepared for the change and manage the successful adoption of the changes. Candidates will need to have experience working in back of house operations within a retail environment.
Responsibilities
The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Manage Change: Own the change approach and plan, ensuring this Embedded into the core project deliverables.
- Establish Change Network: Establish an effective and energised change network when appropriate; work with them to embed the new ways of working within the business
- Manage User Feedback: Ensure the change is approached from a business perspective and people are engaged and consulted appropriately at all stages of project delivery, and their voice is heard
- Track KPIs: Define clear and robust change KPIs to measure adoption, as well as champion project benefits tracking, ensuring the people change element is considered for the realisation planning

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information succinctly and concisely
- Organised
- Be able to multitask efficiently
- And MUST have retail background!
