We are currently looking for a Platform & Solution Architect MS Dynamics (m/f/d) with Power platform experience for our FMCG Client

Start: 01.06.22
End: 31.12.22 (extension planned;longterm)
Volume: fulltime (min. 20hrs )
Location : Remote

Background:The service is requested as part of the project Consumer & Customer Care. The project has the purpose implementing new features and processes to improve user experience, increase consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all digital touchpoints such as web, social, eShops.
The service of the external contractor is delivered within the framework of an agile working method (SCRUM). Two week sprints plus Daily.

Task (independent delivery):
The service provision will be coordinated iteratively between the parties within the framework of sprint meetings and implemented independently by the contractor within the upcoming sprints. The Contractor will check before each sprint planning meeting and other prior sessions such as „Grooming", based on their professional opinions and skills, which individual services they consider appropriate and feasible within the scope of its commissioning in the respective sprint.

The external contractor takes over the role as Senior Solution Architect and the team iteratively discusses the current requirements during these sprint meetings.

Detailed:
* Being the single point of contact for all new demands related to technical implementation,
assessing feasibility as well as complexity and effort;
* Technical consultation of the BizDevOps team regarding implementations based on Dynamics 365
capabilities for new demands;
* Being the go-to-person guiding the development team in terms of coding standards and industry
best practices;
* Independent analysis and conceptual development of complex requests (in SCRUM called Epics) in
the area of Integration, Operations, Platform governance & compliance with the goal to create
synergies and improvements in the respective areas;
* Developing and evolving the long-term platform strategy on optimized operation, best system
integration, high-performance experience

Goal: to identify the best architectural approach for new demands and to create a stable and secure long-term platform operation.

Skills:
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Experience in agile team-setup (ideally Azure DevOps)
- 5 years+ of experience in Dynamics / Power Platform.
Nice to have:
- Strong interest in Consumer & Customer Care in the field of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods
- German language skills.
