Our client is an established player in the mobility market across Europe, based in NRW. It enables its clients to offer secure and reliable mobility services to end customers across Europe, for example in the areas of tolls and electromobility. Its core competencies are transaction management and cashless payment processing in the systems it has developed itself.

To strengthen the team in the business area of sales and installation of charging solutions for electric vehicles to fleet customers, we are looking for a freelancer in the role of Sales Support Expert as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:
- You are the interface in the communication between the sales team, customers and suppliers.
- You will receive queries from customers and answer them to the customer's satisfaction - either independently or with the help of experts from the specialist departments.
- You support the preparation of customer quotations and contracts
- You obtain quotations from suppliers and initiate orders for deliveries and installation services.
- You ensure the further processing of orders from the recording and archiving of relevant documents to the registration of payment flows
- You document procedures for handling problem cases
- In your operational activities, you identify potential for improvement along the entire fulfilment process chain (purchase-to-pay to order-to-cash) and support their implementation

Your Experiences:
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training and/or have already gained experience in a comparable field of activity
- You enjoy working in a team, but also consider your tasks as an independent area of responsibility
- You have a "hands-on mentality" (assertiveness, action orientation and determination) as well as an independent and structured way of working.
- You enjoy customer-oriented work and act in a solution-oriented and committed manner
- Strong communication skills, a very good written expression and a professional handling of common office applications round off your profile
- Good written and spoken English is an advantage

Project location: Remote
Project duration: 3 months with option of extension (6 months)
Project start: Immediately
Workload: Full-time
