R&D Senior Engineer Feinmechanik (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- You have a full ownership for the R&D and Industrialization process to develop one complete product
- You are responsible for the development of the System, components and the drawings for laser products
- You manage also the BOM for every product and steer the product care topics
- You steer effectively internal and external partners like suppliers
- You will be responsible for the Industrialization (DFM) for the System and the components
- You work very intensive and closely with the other team-members within a cross-functional project team
Main qualifications
- Special knowledge in precise fine mechanics / optics systems, Requirement Management, Design of components and Assemblies for laser systems in 3D CAD System, generate Risk analysis, Support Change requests, Create standards and drive design for manufacturing for Systems and components
- Technical degree with multiyear experience in designing precise fine mechanics / optics systems with plastic parts and metal parts in mechatronic and fine mechanic / optics systems
- Knowledge as Technical project leader, Advanced manufacturing technologies DFM, Management systems like SAP
- Flexibility and methodical work style are important, Advanced English knowledgebase is required
