As part of the Global IT Procurement department and the IT Resource team, you are responsible for sourcing and fulfilling Information Technology related project individual project staffing needs for our IT internal clients. TO achieve this you will need to interact on a case by case basis with personnel agencies, strategic suppliers and internal customers. The primary focus of the IT Resource is on the timely sourcing of freelancers.The goal is to ensure the sourcing process of individual skills and roles in terms of speed to market, price and quality while delivering accurate results against agreed target SLAs.

YOUR JOB
Acting as a first point of contact for customer relevant inquiries * Representing the needs of the internal client through administration of the sourcing process and interaction with suppliers
* View skill profiles and in consultation with internal clients, align and adjust to ensure prompt fulfilment
* Coordinating tender process including; demand release, profile review, and contracting/negotiation
* Balancing the urgency of filling internal demand with compliance and price transparency
* Utilizing and following procurement policies, procedures, processes, systems and methodologies
* Interact with personnel agencies and key suppliers and ensure value is driven from these relationships.
* Work closely within the Global IT Procurement team to leverage and develop the supplier portfolio and manage key suppliers for IT staffing
