Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,wir sind auf der Suche nach 1x SAP FI und 1x SAP FI/CO Berater (m/w).
1 Projekt: FI/CO Lead Consultant
Skillset
FI/CO technical knowledge (business concepts / technical matters)
EN fluent (German optional but clear advantage)
several years’ experience in FI and CO (SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience)
management skills (coordinate and lead colleagues and external partners) or (manage the deliverables of the SAP Specialists)
ideally agile / scrum experiences
strong analytical skills
have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined project team, able to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders appropriately
be able lead others from a solution and experience perspective
willingness to take ownership of problems and subsequently resolve them by consulting solutions
Tasks
sparring partner to the GPO and GSA – (all 3 are leading the FICO stream)
working on end to end concepts and solutions (cross stream i.e. OTC, PTP, PTM)
managing the FICO technical (external) consulting team
providing state of the art and best practice approaches and concepts (for template finalization and local rollouts)
managing deployment phase activities (i.e. cut-over, testing etc.)
Own the SAP solution roadmap and ensure it supports the business strategy
2. Projekt: FI Consultant
Skills:
Expert knowledge of all SAP finance modules and full understanding of configuration and business processes
A good understanding of the integration of Finance modules with other SAP modules e.g. SD, SM, and MM
Experience with SAP best practices and SAP standard processes
Focus in AA (assets) and FCC (Financial Closing Cockpit).
User involvement
SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience
Willingness to take ownership of problems and subsequently resolve them by consulting solutions
Previous consulting experience is necessary
Tasks:
Consulting with the aim of simplification and ensuring standard proximity
Work closely with business and project teams to understand strategies, processes, pain points and effectively communicate and deliver solutions to them.
Analysis and documentation of our customers' business goals and processes
Creation and review of functional designs focusing in SAP standard
Development and setup of prototypes
Planning and execution of customizing activities
Support functional and integration tests
Rahmenbedingungen:
Start: ab Juni/Juli (ggf. auch August möglich)
Dauer: mindst. 6 Monate+ (eher 12 Monate)
Auslastung: ca. 4-5 Tage/Woche
Ort: Gr Stuttgart/ remote (90% remote und vereinzelte Tage nach Absprache mit dem Kunden vor Ort)
