We are currently looking for a Service Owner - new technologies (m/f/d) in a permanent position for our client in the food process industry.Start: September 2022 (flexible)

Location: Düsseldorf, other EU locations possible
Background: Our client is looking for a Service Owner (m/f/d) in the exciting environment of new technologies to take care of existing services as well as the creation of new services (from idea generation to service establishment around services).

Tasks:
- Steering of the central IT service portfolios for new technologies
- Support and advise IT service portfolio lifecycle management in the area of new technologies, from
IT service strategy alignment, design, as well as transition to service operation and continuous
improvement
- Ensure smooth service delivery, taking action where necessary to compensate for Process
deficiencies and performance problems in the IT service
- Active redesign, optimization and further development of business processes in the Sales &
Service business process environment
- Requirement and process analyses incl. conceptual design for the optimization of business
processes in the SAP environment
- Definition of service attributes and service level agreements
- Budget responsibility for the IT service portfolio in the field
Skills:
- Successfully completed master's degree in the field of business administration,
(Business) Informatics or a comparable education
- More than 3 years of experience as a consultant in the environment of innovative technologies
(e.g. Robotics, blockchain, artificial intelligence,..)
- Experience in the areas of workflow design
- Experienced in the design of services from ideas generation to BAU
- Profound know-how in the area of process design and experience in supporting and implementing of IT projects
- Experience in dealing with multiple suppliers desirable
- IT Service Management and ITIL knowledge (SIAM knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills at different levels
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, problem solving skills
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Very good written English skills; German language skills are an advantage
