For our customer, a company from the industry, we are currently looking for a Subproject Manager (f/m/d) to support a project.
Aufgaben:
- Project management support
- Administration of project plan, requirements management, risk tracking and document management (within defined toolset: Jira, Sharepoint Workspace, Planview)
- Support leads and team members on usage of project tools
- Organization of workshops
- Prepare and support creation of monthly project reporting and budget tracking
- Support creation of project documentation (preparation and follow-up of workshops, incl. PPTs)
- Administrative support of on and offboarding of new team members
Qualifikationen:
- Profound knowledge in ERP projects and practical knowledge in Project Management Processes and Tasks
- Practical experience of Project Management Processes and Tasks
- Very good knowledge in organizational skills (self and others)
- Practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Administration of the following tools Jira, Sharepoint Workspace, Planview is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
