Implementation of the Partner Management Transformation as part of a company-wide transformation program . This includes the introduction of a new Saleforce instance to fulfill and consolidate all partner management processes as well as the integration with other boundary areas.Aufgaben:
·Effective project management and coordination of deliverables between customer technical team, implementation partner, SW vendor, business stakeholders and program
·Delivery of project management artifacts (project governance, work breakdown structure, project plan, project reports, dependency plan, risk & issue register, decision papers, management briefing documents)
·Preparation and execution of steering board meetings
·Effectice management of escalations
·Activity tracking, reviews, guidance to the project team
·Scope management
·Change management during the project period
·Prepartion and execution of requirements gathering, technical implementation and customer migrations
Must-Have-Skills:
·Good knowledge in modern IT architecture (cloud infrastructure, mico-service orented architecture, etc.)
·Good knowledge in IT systems for managing external partners of telecommunication providers
·Knowledge of business processes regarding partner management
·certificate GPM/IPMA/PMI or Prince 2
·Good written and spoken German and English
