For a client we are currently looking for a Global Business Process Analyst (m/f/d)-You will work with a network of business stakeholders and gather business requirements to develop a global and locally adapted design for business processes.
-By working closely with other areas you will achieve integration of upstream and downstream processes, you will develop end-to-end business scenarios and specification of use cases for the various business roles in scope
-To manage change activities such as training related to projects and process adoption within the organization, you will work closely with global and local process owners and subject matter experts
-Knowledge base is developed in close collaboration with global and local business support organizations to facilitate knowledge transfer and support in the development of operational support processes and service level definitions
-You will assist functional analysts in acquiring the necessary business process skills to develop test scripts and write functional specifications in close collaboration with the Information Systems services organization
-You analyze and evaluate the efficiency of the process and work on continuous improvement, you assist in regular communication about successes and share best practices with a network of process experts
Your background
-Bachelors or Masters degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
-Competence in Lean Six Sigma and methods such as FMEA is a plus
-Possesses strong stakeholder management experience
-Experience in Procurement Processes and Environment
-Project management experience is a plus
-Ability to promote a team environment
-Strong facilitation and consensus building skills
-High sense of customer orientation and intrapreneurship
-Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills
