Your Skills
- Experience in providing complex project management solutions for corporate real estate clients Strong skills in the following areas: Stakeholder management, financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, negotiation skills
- Experience and knowledge of working with LEED or WELL certified construction projects
- Experience and knowledge of alternate procurement routes to deliver projects i.e. Single stage traditional lump sum, Design and Build, Turnkey
- Working experience working with Furniture dealers and manufacturers
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
Your Tasks
- Review, analyze, interpret and present real estate financial analysis including scenario planning to enable local leadership and CRE leadership to make informed decisions
- Manage multiple projects and teams at any one point in time, handling of conflicting priorities with individual project budgets
- Prepare and manage capital budgets for real estate and project build outs
- Prepare, review and implement project timelines for real estate project build outs
- Work with Architects and other colleagues in the design team
