The Roche Pharma Group in Switzerland/Germany has embarked on a substantial SAP S/4 HANA migration project, and which project is expected to continue until 2030.
We are looking for a collaborative and inspiring individual to join our team. As an Authorization and Security Specialist you will be part of the ASPIRE Program at Roche. In this role, you will beresponsible for the design and implementation of authorization roles for systems and processes within Roche.
Your key responsibilities:
?Determine the authorization roles in scope of the ASPIRE deployment activities based on thecatalog of processes and global template roles provided by the ASPIRE Authorizations Chapter
?In collaboration with functional workstreams, collect user requirements for derivation ofauthorization roles to the deployment site. Identify the need for additional local roles orlocalization topics and analyze the requirements with the ASPIRE Authorizations Chapter
?Provide guidance to the ASPIRE Deployment regional team and local organizations on the ASPIRE Authorizations Concept and role design architecture
?Coordinate user mapping to authorization roles and access provisioning requests with the ASPIRE Deployment team and other support functions
?Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and resolve conflicts triggered by end-user rolemapping. Liaise with business stakeholders and the ICFR deployment team in regards tomitigation of Segregation of Duties conflicts
?Define timelines for authorization role scoping, design, build and test as well as providestatus reporting to the Authorizations Chapter and ASPIRE Leadership team
?Support system and user acceptance testing of authorization roles and coordinate defectresolution and reporting within the Test ChapterWho you are:
?You have successfully completed your university degree in Business Administration,Accounting, Informatics or a related field
?You have at least 7-10 years of experience in authorization role design and implementation,SU24 maintenance and access management
?You have experience in implementing and / or supporting SAP GRC Access Controls andBusiness Role Management acquired in large / global organizations
?You have strong technical knowledge in SAP FI/CO, solid process knowledge in commercial,finance and procurement processes
?You can easily demonstrate your strong project management, communication andinterpersonal skills, especially with regard to matrix structures and balancing the interests ofvarious stakeholders
?Experience with SAP Solution Manager is considered a plus
?Business fluency in English is a must
