We are urgently recruiting for a skilled Microsoft Teams Support/MS Teams Support Consultant to work on a 12 month contract on a REMOTE basis.
Senior Project Manager German Speaking is a must Experience with Service Delivery Management is the past is required Should be able to manage various processes like Change,SLA's, Disaster Management Work with the team to distribute workloads Work with Customer for reporting and billing purposes SPOC for the client for any escalations. Review and assessment for various O365 Services and in context of the overall adoption of O365 services Review options for O365 Cloud/Hybrid scenarios and create best practices recommendations. Review and assess on premise environment O365 tenant configurations. Prioritize options for implementation Plan governance, life cycle and release management Migration planning for various O365 services Decommissioning/coexistence planning Operational assessment/transition planning for service operations teams.
