Mein Kunde, ein weltweit bekannter Technologie-Konzern, benötigt Unterstützung durch eine/n Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d).Zunächst in Expertenüberlassung für eine Krankheitsvertretung mit anschließender Option auf eine unbefristete Festanstellung.
Rolle:
- Support Group Reporting for Central Europe
- Responsible for a statutory accounts (under Local GAAP) for all German entities, Switzerland and Austria
- Leadership role with engagement with the customers auditors based in Munich to manage and support group audit activities on a quarterly and annual basis, covering audit planning and delivery, resolution of key audit issues, management of key corporate accounting and topics, and preparation of financial reporting to effectively communicate key financial results, trends and positions of the customer at each reporting date.
- Alignment with Group Treasury on group cash flow forecasts and projections
- Leading balance sheet review activities across the Group to support financial control and risk management initiatives with responsibility for financial control and governance, policy compliance and/or risk management.
- Regularly alignment with Finance Director, Product Finance Director and finance teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland group reporting matters
- Support entities working capital management
- Support entity equity measures including capital injection
- Drive compliance with group accounting policy, internal and external audit requirements, and shareholder initiatives, as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for central and country finance teams on reporting matters, finance leadership.
- Interface for Technical accounting issues to ensure appropriate alignment
- Support Corporate Risk Management
- Drive continuous improvement and process simplification
Ihre Erfahrungen:
- Business Financial accounting experience gained in a Large International multi entity business, with responsibility for corporate reporting or, alternatively, with experience gained in an major audit firm working with large corporate clients, with revenues > €500M.
- Good understanding of IFRS and preparation of statutory financial statements (IFRS and HGB)
- Ability to engage with external auditors and to engage with senior Finance team to review, advise and challenge.
- Capable of addressing other corporate related topics such as recapitalization of subsidiaries, deferred tax, pensions and M&A transactions
- Experience in people management and leading a team to ensure team responsibilities and objectives are achieved. Attraction, retain, develop and mentor talent.
- Experienced in providing information and decision support to senior management
- 10 -15 years + professional experience
- Experience in IT Sector / IT Services beneficial, including large Services contracts
- SAP experience beneficial
- Experience and familiarity with Matrix reporting structures
- Experience leading complex Finance and Business Transformation programs
- Experience working with near shore finance shared service centers beneficial
- Sox / J-Sox experience desirable
- Team player with good collaboration skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
