Scrum Master
For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Scrum Master on a freelance basis. The work is done remotely.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Scrum Master
• cross-functional team
• You need a strong track record in agile environments hands on delivery

experience combined with successfully managing multiple initiatives and
stakeholders in various situations

• Experience in leading and coaching others in an international environment
• Great communicator, facilitator and influencer comfortable working with a variety of

technology and business stakeholders

• Open minded, inquisitive, life-long learner
• Comfortable with ambiguity, highly autonomous
• Know-how in dealing with software development teams
• internationally distributed teams
• Stakeholders in different regions

Anforderungen:

• experience in international agile project
• min. 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• min. 3-5 years of working in a pragmatic and hands-on way

Deployment location: Remote
Start: asap
Duration: 6 months + Option for extension
Workload: 100%
Remote share: 100 %
